The Butterfly Shoe accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal. All of these are processed through a secure PayPal site- you do not need a PayPal account to pay, simply click on the credit card options and you’re done! There is no cost to use Paypal. SSL encryption is used to protect your name, address and credit card information. We are 100% confident in the security of your purchase but If you would prefer to mail in your payment, we will gladly accept money orders.Please note: Items will not be sent out until we have received the money order and it has cleared.

RETURNS
The Butterfly Shoe knows that you are going to love your new pair of Alegria by PG Lite but if, for any reason, you're not satisfied with your shoes please contact us via email for a return authorization. We would prefer to issue a credit or exchange your shoes for another pair but will issue a refund (minus a $10 handling fee) within 30 days of purchase. Once the return has been authorized your shoes can be returned, in original condition, with all tags attached and with your packing slip enclosed to the following address:

TAXES
Sales tax will be charged on orders shipped only within the state of Texas. The current rate for Texas sales tax 6.75%.
